Equipment Maintenance Technician-3rd shift
JOB SUMMARY: Perform equipment Preventive Maintenance and repairs for Manufacturing, Quality and R&D departments. Must have the ability to follow applicable Maintenance procedures and troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic and mechanical equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining electronic and hard copy equipment files. Possess a functional understanding of the installation, set-up and operation of manufacturing, lab and test equipment. Has the ability to utilize available resources to acquire equipment information for repair, reference and research purposes. Understands and executes engineering test protocols and procedures. Maintain spare parts inventory. Act as liaison with outside contractors and vendors for equipment service, repair and contracted maintenance. Will be expected to learn other equipment systems, i.e. equipment calibration & qualification. Respond to equipment and environmental alarms during off hours when required. Be able to take direction from multiple individuals, multi-task and prioritize workload. Candidate will be required to respond to an on-call schedule.

job QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS):

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma. Technical School preferred
- 1-3 years’ experience in equipment repair (electrical / mechanical / pneumatic)
Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies (includes Licenses, Credentials)
- Using a database and report functions
- MS Excel and MS Word proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Familiar with GDP
