Assoc. Master Data Analyst, licensing is responsible for HCP and HCO license validation and maintenance.  Under general supervision, in compliance with all Allergan internal requirements, state and local licensing laws, the Assoc. Master Data Analyst works to ensure the Allergan SAP Customer Master contains accurate and up-to-date HCP and HCO license information. Allergan internal requirements include compliance with ethics, environmental health and safety, financial, human resources, and general business policies.

Main Areas of Responsibilities:

• Review Order Block Report to review and clear order blocks due to licensing issues throughout the day
• Manage daily MedPro bulk ID report. Review for mismatches of license data: license validity, ensure ZINJ or HCP name is correct and address information is correct
• Manage daily sampleability analysis report to ensure license data within SAP is correct and compliant. Manges changes to license status, blocking accounts, disciplinary action review, updating PVS reason codes, duplicate license review, missing licenses on accounts
• Review disciplinary actions and determine eligibility for actions on licenses both in sampleability report and by request
• Manage monthly license audit. 5 days before the end of the month, review and audit all HCP and HCO licenses that will expire within the month against MedPro or the State site. Block or update account licenses accordingly. Perform mass expiration for licenses that expired the prior month
• Proactively perform data cleanse for accounts and licenses within SAP. Recognize trends, research and work with MedPro to update license information
• Review Dual licenses on account to determine expiration and match with MedPro
• Audit customer license data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance
• Resolves issues and answers questions with highest degree of quality and accuracy in accordance with company vision & values. Ethically and responsibly complies with all company standards, guidelines, standard operating procedures, and all applicable laws
• Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and presents them to team leadership
• Completes follow-up informational calls, emails and/or case updates to customers and sales representatives within service level requirements
• Assisting with overflow work when needed and helping with escalated or unique situations

The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level to be considered for the job:

• Associate’s degree preferred, bachelor’s degree a plus
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
• SAP or other ERP experience preferred
• Skill in demonstrating professional phone manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication
