Job Description

This is a strategic and critical position that the position will report directly into our GM and will be part of the key leadership team. We are looking for a strategic leader who can develop and grow with us. 

Job Description:

  • Plan, organize, and direct the Medical Aesthetic Sales team to meet or exceed defined sales, profit, and market share goals.
  • Manage sales team spend targets.
  • Develop strong business relationships with key customers and influencers to maintain and grow business.
  • Lead, manage, coach, and develop a competent and committed sales team.
  • Drive execution of sales and marketing plans.
  • Regularly provide coaching and feedback, fostering a positive organizational culture.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data for trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Manage budgets and incentive programs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams for goal alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with AbbVie’s ethical standards and business integrity.

 


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Science, Healthcare, or Marketing disciplines.
  • Minimum 10+ years of financial management experience, with 3-5 years in a similar role within pharmaceutical, medical device, OTC, or aesthetics business.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams of managers.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with capability to manage under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Business English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Prior experience as a manager of managers and organizational leader is preferred.
  • Learning agility and growth mindset.
  • Strong collaboration with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic communication skills are essential.
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards and AbbVie values.
