We are hiring for our Neurology team in central Finland and we’re looking for an:
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Promote our migraine treatment portfolio to healthcare professionals in central Finland
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including neurologists, general practitioners, and healthcare institutions
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to your territory
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to cross-functional brainstorming and business development
- Actively monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
- Collaborate closely with marketing, medical, and other internal teams to deliver impactful customer engagement
- Provide regular reporting and insights to the Business Unit Manager
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or other healthcare-related commercial roles.
- Experience working toward neurologists is preferred, but candidates with a strong track record in pharmaceutical or medical device sales in any therapeutic area are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments and building long-term partnerships.
- Full fluency in Finnish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently, manage own territory holistically, and adapt to new situations.
- Preferably you live in Tampere or Jyväskylä. If not, you should live in central Finland and have a strong willingness to travel regularly within the region.
