HCP Marketing Manager I/II- Psychiatry

  • Conduct weekly business analysis on national and regional level sales trends and performance metrics. 
  • Create tracking tools that are leveraged across the sales and marketing leadership and used to identify business opportunities and threats
  • Collaborate with sales team to collect feedback, understand needs, and identify opportunities to enhance performance
  • Execute on key deliverables for all sales touchpoints and annual meetings
  • Partner with Field execution lead on the development and pull through of congress strategy and resources
  • Partner with creative agencies for channel optimization of HCP promotional resources for in-line indications
  • Collaborate across Vraylar Marketing team to offer general support on franchise needs that move the brand forward
  • Master collaboration and communication across stakeholders- multiple agencies, external vendors, and internal departments, including field force effectiveness, analytics, and MLRC
  • This position reports to the Associate Director, Psychiatry HCP Marketing.

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS required, MBA highly preferred
  • Minimum of five years of pharmaceutical industry experience highly preferred
  • Two years of experience with field sales strongly preferred
  • Outstanding presentation skills, both live and virtual; comfortable presenting to large audiences of HCPs, and senior internal stakeholders
  • Experience with data analysis and business analytics
  • Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with and managing multiple external agencies
  • Strong planning and organization skills, attention to detail, execution, and follow-through
  • Experience with launch &/or on-market commercial teams an advantage.
  • Builds strong relationships with peers and cross functional partners outside of immediate team.
  • Self-starter, learns fast, quickly grasps the essence of concepts, can change course rapidly where required, demonstrates intellectual curiosity.
