Sales Planning & Analytics Analyst

The Sales Analyst position resides within the Sales Planning and Analytics department and acts as the support person for the analytic needs of the Plastics and Regenerative Medicine business units. This role provides insights and information needed for the successful execution of business objectives. This person will work with management and other key customers to support and manage the impact of commercial initiatives of the sales organization.

Major Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with management and internal stakeholders to determine and support business objectives.
    • Tracking, analysis, and reporting of purchase/return patterns.
    • Automation of reporting.
    • Creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
    • Support the sales team through data management, KPI tracking, sales analytics and ad-hoc reporting.
    • Report on field force metrics to sales leadership on a regular basis and support business planning.
    • Keep Director to date on the status of issues and analyses, including known problems being worked on and perceived risks.
    • Proactively track trends to bring innovative ideas to management.
Qualifications:

Education/Qualifications:
 

  • BS/BA required;
  • 0-2 years relevant experience (or equivalent)

Accountability:

Reports to Director, Sales Planning and Analytics

Significant Work Activities: Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
